There is a reason this hotel is rated as one of those small luxury hotels of the world. Its location is unrivalled. A very unique offering. The building (@1936) is very quirky and is architecturally significant. ***The views from the roof top sun terrace are absolutely breathtakingly magnificent. It's tucked away from the busy prom and city yet just a stone's throw away. Food in the restaurant is divine. Great room service menu. Pool, sauna, gym. Breakfast extensive. Staff so professional and so helpful and courteous. I will 100% return. Arguably the finest hotel in Nice given the location and what it offers.

Location was excellent - adjacent to the old town, restaurants aplenty in a pedestrian street, the beach and also the port and its tram stop.

Loved my stay here. Wonderful touches I particularly liked was the turn down service, quality of toiletries and linen. What made the stay was every single member of staff you have contact with. They provide a happy upbeat role in making your holiday the best it can be.

This is a five star hotel. Incredible staff, fantastic location for exploring Nice and the surrounding areas. The pool area provides a relaxing environment to escape the hussle and bustle. The view room the room is out of this world. We can’t wait to come back!

Amazing location on the sea with stunning views, yet nice and quiet in the hotel. The fragrance around the property and in the breakfast area is just divine. Beautifully decorated and great toiletries from local perfumery La Fragonard. Breakfast setting is stunning by the pool and the breakfast is even better - fresh pastries, coffees etc. Breakfast was brought to our room on our first morning, at no additional charge. Hotel has a rooftop with great views, which was completely quiet during our stay. We had problems with our room on the first day so we were moved into another room with a partial sea view.

This gorgeous boutique hotel is situated overlooking the sea while at the same time being within easy walking distance to the old town of Nice and the beautiful beach promenade. Apart from the functional tastefully decorated rooms, fabulous restaurant (and breakfast!!) I think the staff interaction stood out for me in this hotel. From the time I booked the correspondence from management was excellent and so helpful. I was able to book transport between the hotel and neighboring towns and nothing was too much trouble. When we arrived we were made to feel very welcome and during our stay every member of staff was so friendly and professional. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Nice.

Everything from professional staff throughout from cleaning , baggage assistance , wait staff at restuarant & bar and front desk , to excellent restaurant food ( exceptional in taste and value ) , bar facilities , clean sparkling pool , location , exceptional customer service . We enjoyed the hotel facilities so much that it made exploring Nice a very comfortable and most enjoyable experience .

Perfect location for sight seeing in and around Nice Right at the doorstep of Old Nice with the massive Nice beach in front of this hotel Mega attentive service from all the staff from the cleaner to concierge to restaurant waiter and waitress to reception except the manager who always keep a distance with us Restaurant and breakfast are superb, great quality of food and very attentive service. One of the waiter is full of passion and energy to offer customers the best
